We want you to love your VIOLETTE_FR products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
